Reiki

“Rei” means universal or spiritual, while “ki” refers to life force or vital energy.
In Reiki, universal energy is used to help the body find balance and wholeness by assisting its natural tendency to do so. Reiki energy flows to where it is needed by gently placing hands on or just above you. In addition to promoting relaxation and restoring a sense of wholeness, this energy seeks out the source of stress and imbalance. 
Reiki can be beneficial to anyone, especially those experiencing stress, sleep issues, depression, anxiety, grief, or going through cancer treatments.
Why is Reiki beneficial? working with universal source energy it can help Reduce anxiety and depression, alleviates pain, improves circulation, and restores the body’s balance.                                                                                          Reiki is a quiet spirit led treatment that anyone can experience.  Reiki can do no harm and the intention is always for the flow of Reiki work in your highest and greatest good.  I am honored to offer Reiki treatment in person and by distance healing.  I also offer classes in the Usui Reiki method Degree I, II, and III.
